Still rural under the regional plan, now is the time to identify vegetation (fauna and flora) corridors, most appropriate means of lessening flood problems,ensuring water quality,open space and recreation areas, etc., also giving the land holders some form of direction and options into the future. Masterplanning needed for canelands to continue to contribute the rural production, regional landscape,environmental, lifestyle and cultural values appreciated by Division 9 community into the future. |
